Just Perfect in Every Way!! Treated like a Princess!!
Great location, well appointed rooms, excellent service.
We are at the Hyatt for the final leg of Florida tour. As other people have stated the hotel is a little dated in places, chairs stained and bed duvans looking tired. The fee for the sunbeds etc on the beech is an unexpected addition but understand the beech is public it just adds a lot on to our stay along with the resort fee etc. What I can say about this hotel is the staff from the front desk Reeanne and the team at check in...our room wasn't ready but made us feel very welcome, to Tim our waiter who sorted something off ... read more
To say the staff at this Hyatt are customer centered would be an understatement! They went above and beyond to make our family feel cared for! We will most certainly make a return visit!
The view was best in Clearwater! I'll be back soon.
