This review for a stay 3/2-3/3/26. I've stayed at this property several times in the past, and after my last experience I feel compelled to review. Most people enjoy a cool room with adequate blankets for sleeping. At this particular Hyatt, the in-room AC went plenty cold, however the bedding is far too thin and light. What I thought were just a stack of sheets, is actually an old blown out comforter between layers of linen sheets. Great hotel along with lots of food options both in the hotel and out around the city! Shout out to the manager at the restaurant inside (Bianca) who sent me home with some of the tomato jam that is on the grilled chicken sandwich! YUMMMM!!! Along with the server we had both times (Leeka) excellent at her job!

I love the location of this hotel, as it’s in close proximity to the fount square (easy walk) and the Banks (probably 10-15 walk depending on your pace). The staff were friendly and accommodating when needed. Our room was spacious and the pillows/bed were comfortable. But, I had to knock off a star in this area. The tv stand had some stains on it, and the headboard was also ripped. I expected better here, given how much the rooms cost. But overall, I would return again if needed!

Bad ADA bathrooms in lobby/restaurant. Doors swing in, not allowing any of those on a wheelchair/scooter to be able to close the door behind them. Third floor has a doors that swing in FYI
