We’ve visited the Hyatt five times this past year. Each stay is met with excellent service from friendly staff at the front desk, valet (especially Moe), cleaning, and help desk, which went out of their way to find a lost item. Thank you for a wonderful stay; we always look forward to coming back. Sharing the outside view from our room. Loved watching the city and view of the artwork.
I had the worst booking experience. My initial call took me to someone who did not speak very good English , which is fine, however he proceeded to moan and breathe very loudly into my ear the entire 15 minutes I was on with him. I was requesting an additional night to my existing booking which he initially said was $233. I had asked if there was percentage off rates for extended bookings because I was adding to my existing booking.
