I recently stayed at this hotel and was not very satisfied with the overall experience. The front desk service was disappointing – staff were not very friendly, and I often had to wait quite a while before anyone showed up to assist. The room itself left a lot to be desired. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, which made it uncomfortable, and the dryer in the room wasn’t working. They went above and beyond in accommodating me
For the price of this hotel I expected so much more than what we got! No microwave in the rooms, they have a small coffee maker and only give one sugar and one cream, (because of course they want you to go downstairs and buy star buckets). They have one small shame soap, water pressure was horrible and the toilet seat is broken (I say is because we are here for 3 nights).
