Will absolutely ruin your Niagara trip if you stay here. The elevator was out of service, and we ended up waiting over 30 minutes just to get to our floor. No towels in the room, and to make things worse, the phone line was dead, so we couldn’t even reach reception. It honestly felt like the management knew about the issues and just didn’t care. Perfect venue for our event!
I arrived late and waited for someone to check me in. When the person finally came to the front desk he proceeded with the flight crew who arrived after me. Understandable, but I was on the same flight with another flight waiting the next day. There was a blue stain on the bedsheet, that I didn't mind. Very good hotel and clean rooms. Everything was fine... Issue during check in but was resolved... Rooms got exchanged due to same names by a trainee.... Room card was not working and got questioned like we were trying to break in someone else's room..... Then getting a wrong invoice after check out..... Bell person showing racism by not allowing us in the elevator and talking rudely....
