Having a Harborview room is worth $30 upgrade. Not convenient to taking the metro because you have to wait for the shuttle. Expect lots of walking if you are going to Boston very friendly staff. Restaurant was excellent. Love the refrigerator in the room
Good treatment as globalists. Probably the best views of Boston of anywhere. For an airport stay, it’s perfect. You can walk to/from Terminal A in under 15 minutes or you can use their shuttle which is 24/7. Unfortunately I had an issue with a food item at the restaurant where I had to ask them to take it back (these things happen). However, they handled it gracefully.
