It is close but also wildly inconvenient to go into the city/ downtown area if staying here and wanting to use public transportation. It is nearly a 30 minute to the closest station. Additionally the room itself was pretty unfit and outdated. The wall outlets were loose and barely hold your chargers in place, the baseboards of our room look like they had been ripped off from the wall and inviting in bugs and the bathtub faucet was off the wall and had to be pushed back in before using the bath. $800 junior suite. Not ready at checkin at 4:30pm. My notes asked for a rollaway. I asked again when we checked in. Went to dinner in north end. Late for reservation after 15 min at front desk. Back at 8pm. No rollaway provided. Called down. One phone doesn’t work. One TV remote doesn’t work. $10 coupon given. Thanks. Brutal for $800.
