Hoping for Resolution – Disappointed in Lack of Flexibility I recently booked a 12-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor through the Hyatt app and unintentionally selected a prepaid, nonrefundable rate. As soon as I realized the mistake, I immediately contacted the hotel to request assistance. I fully understand that nonrefundable rates come with restrictions. We stayed here Valentine’s Day weekend to attend the NE concert. The location was perfect and close to tons of restaurants. The staff was great and the complimentary punch was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was cozy. However, I have two complaints. The toilet was a child size toilet low to the floor. A toddler could sit on it with no problems. I came here for a business meeting. Large conference rooms. Friendly staff. This hotel has a private garage. You have to pay to park. It's in the downtown area.
