Our Hyatt stay was great! We had a good experience. Our room was clean, the hotel was clean. We have no complaints. We stayed one night. The check in process was easy. Plenty of parking. It is located next to a lot of restaurants and easy to get to off of the highway.
No curtains in room. Why?
A perfect Hyatt. Clean. Free parking.
Great Location and staff was friendly. Nice clean rooms until the next day my prescription medicine including my pain medicine went missing from the room. I went to the desk to speak with the employee and he stated there is nothing he could do and he would take my information and have manager reach out and check who accessed our room. He was on the phone as soon as I turned around, not sure who he was texting. No call as of Today. This is very concerning as we had kids in the room with us.
We stayed in room 133 last night. It was horrible. The door didn’t lock, there was water in the shower, bathroom not clean, weird smells, and terrible service at the front desk during the night shift as we got in at 4am. It took 10-15 minutes from the guy working the front desk to come check us in. Just overall a disgusting experience and will never be staying there again.
