Room was good. We didn’t have a microwave in the room only fridge . Breakfast was good and pool too . Staff was friendly .
Let's start off with the good parts. The Hyatt Place Waco - South has an outstanding breakfast and for the most part has clean rooms. I love the location because I love shopping. There service has always been alright with the exception of today. The front desk attendant was put off by my hero who happens to be of service to me. She was flat rude and snotty.
