I stay at about 25 Hyatts a year. This one stands out. Obviously it isn't a Regency, Grand, or Park Hyatt... But the staff genuinely care about what they do, the place was taken care of, and the breakfast was great.
This is a good Hyatt hotel. Clean and friendly service. The only downside was the smells in the lobby and elevator.
This is not your average Hyatt Place. Pulled into the parking lot, right next the freeway *behind* the circle K. Looked like a ghost town - with good reason. Checked into the room, given keycards in a used (yes, clearly used) card holder. Went to the room, smelled a bit funky and hadn't been cleaned. Messed up sheets on the bed... Went right down and asked to cancel the whole thing.
