This is essentially a budget Hyatt. You are provided with the usual amenities (coffee machine, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, shower gel, etc. no water in the room, no room service, no telephone in the room so if you needed to contact reception, you had to go downstairs. Breakfast was adequate. I found it a challenge to get the room made up every day and was surprised to learn that it was Hotel policy to NOT make beds every. The housekeeping girl who looked after my room her name was Gurlen, if I remember correctly, was wonderful. She was kind, polite, hardworking, and always had a genuine, friendly smile. My room was kept spotless throughout my stay, and her positive attitude made a great impression. She is a real credit to the hotel

I had a great stay. This is the one year anniversary of the hotel opening. This location is both a Hyatt House and a Hyatt Place. I stayed at the Hyatt Place and they upgraded me to the 8th floor because I am a Globalist. Breakfast buffet was included possibly as a Globalist benefit. I was greeted and offered water bottles. Parking: There is plenty of free parking for everyone. There are two spots for paid EV charging. During my week stay the spots were always available for charging.
