I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Mississauga Centre and while the room itself was fine, the overall experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable due to how my fiancée was treated. On Saturday around 11:00 PM on Valentine’s Day weekend, I went to park the car while my fiancée went to the entrance. She was left standing outside in the cold while a staff member stood inside, looked directly at her, and refused to open the door. Hotel blisko lotniska. Duże przestronne pokoje. Smaczne śniadania. Szybki dojazd z lotniska do hotelu dzięki darmowemu busikowi hotelowemu.
We stayed here with the kids to attend a sport competition. The hotel is newer and well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. The salt water pool had nice warm water. The breakfast offered was good and had a great variety. Staff was nice, polite and friendly. I will definitely return and recommend to friends and family.
