It was a family trip to Kennedy Space Center. The location was great, just 10 mins from our destination and the breakfast service and quality were outstanding. The room was clean and accessible, and the front desk was always attentive and nice! What we love was that check out was at 12pm and breakfast included!! We love it! If I need to, I will definitely be back.

It was my Granddaughter’s birthday. She wanted to go to Cape Kennedy. I called to reserve two rooms for two nights. I spoke to Bob and he was quite helpful. He made sure I got adjoining rooms with the one being handicapped. About a week before I called back and spoke to Manuel. He helped me as I was having a cake and balloons delivered. He not only made sure the delivery would be taken care of until we got there, he also decorated the room and placed the cake and balloons in as well. My granddaughter was so surprised. The hotel is well located, and the rooms are nice. However, the service we received from Manuel at the front desk was terrible. He is not someone who should be working in a customer-facing position, as he does not know how to treat guests properly or handle a customer service issue. Thanks to the other girl in the front desk our vacation were not ruined.

Stayed here for 2 nights while we visited Kennedy Space Center and we just loved it. The location is excellent, quiet and very close to KSC, about 10 minutes away. The room was clean, spacious and modern looking. Parking is ample with good lighting at night. The free breakfast each morning was a big plus! Also the staff was friendly and went above and beyond. We look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Price was good. The breakfast was amazing. Very clean
