I had a brief one-night stay at this Hyatt and was thoroughly impressed by the leadership. While I encountered a few minor issues with my room, the General Manager, Mr. G. Mandosia, handled everything with the utmost professionalism. He personally ensured that my concerns were addressed for myself and future guests. It’s rare to see a GM so hands-on and committed to providing a great experience. Highly recommend for the service alone!" Stayed here for a wedding on 2/28 even though I am local, was convenient to not have to uber 20 minutes home. When coming back to the hotel, there was an intoxicated man sitting down next to the doors to the entrance of the hotel harassing guests. He was threatening to hurt everyone in our party and calling the women inappropriate names unprovoked. This place was FANTASTIC... we stayed here for a weekend hockey tournament. Super clean, super convenient (lots of stores, food, etc, near by), great breakfast and A++++ staff. would 10000% stay here again.
Nice hotel with the typical Hyatt Place breakfast.
