Got bedbugs.... hotel fights it, but def got them here! They tried to sweep it under the rug. I was always Hyatt loyal, but the lack of any accountability will prevent me from ever staying here again. Very Disappointing! Breakfast was subpar as well....
After being delayed and having a super late arrival, Joanna was able to get us checked in. We were exhausted from our drive, full of rain and delays, and she made us feel taken care of and welcomed. She went above and beyond, showing true hospitality and warmth. We feel blessed to have met her and we couldn’t thank her enough. Especially because I work in hospitality, I understand how hard this industry can be and see true kindness rarely. Thank you, Joanna, you’re an angel!
