Place was great. Room was super spacious. Easy spot to get around town. My only bad experience was when checking in,I was greeted with.. Id please.... Not hello. Not welcome or even hi. The person at the front desk at night was not friendly. Never at any hotel I've ever stayed in have I checked in and not been greeted. Even at a budget motel they will greet the guests. The front desk help in the morning was very nice.
We rode the Amtrak into town and chose this hotel because it was conveniently close ro Union Depot, it exceeded my expectations! Room was spacious and clean, Breakfast included some hot options and the pool was warm, but shallow. Ill admit some disappointment at the lack of a hot tub, but overall I was impressed with our stay and would gladly visit again when my travels bring me back to the cities.
Rooms very fresh and clean and beautiful! Breakfast disappointing. The big area was very deceiving. My big back appetite was so ready for a delicious morning spread instead I was met with crunchy waffle sticks warm orange juice and hardly any variety for anything. Valet was easy once you can figure out the one ways and unsafe drivers (not the valets the other people who learned how to drive on youtube shorts).
