When Zayn faced horrific racism and safety threats, you didn't have his back, you abandoned him to protect your image. You have failed a great employee and lost the trust of this entire community. Nice spo good price for the size of the rooms. Got a King size suite and the room was large and comfortable
Negative vibe. The hostess that greeted us was cold and rude from the start. When we booked the room, we tried to make sure we had 2 beds and were told we'd get our room when we get here. There's 5 of us; two adults and 3 teens. They gave us a room with a pull out bed and a king bed. The kids went to swim and we learned the pool was closed. When we asked about it she said 'Oh, maintenance must have closed it.' when we asked if it would open in the morning, she said, 'It depends on if maintenance opens it.' BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! We booked online for 2 adults and 3 kids when we got to the hotel they had put us into a single bedroom. We ask the front desk person Mary who was short and rude to us, giving off the feeling she could care less and said there were no other rooms available. Feeling stuck in the situation; we took the room since we already paid for parking and it was late. We asked when the pool closed, and they said 10 pm. However, the pool was closed for repairs.
