The room was clean and the hotel is fine, but didn't get good service, they have charged my card more than I had booked for and didn't send a receipt. When I called to ask for a receipt and discuss the charge, they kept me on hold for 25 mins, only to say very rudely that someone will call me back as they were busy and no one called back. I am going to try again and call to get a receipt. I am not coming back.

Excellent location and an easy walk from the Space Needle and many museums. We had so much fun exploring Seattle with this as our home base. The room was recently renovated and in good working order. Ours had a sink outside of the bath and toilet area, which was great for multiple people getting ready. Rooms were very spacious. The only drawback for me was the noise. This hotel was LOUD. I had to wear ear plugs due to the traffic noise and honking from the nearby intersection. Breakfast was overall good for being included.... read more
