we had a very short but comfortable stay here. The front desk lady, Dee was Very kind and welcoming, and definitely made our experience in Seattle for the first time the best we could ask for.

One elevator was down for repair, when we stayed there but these things happened we couldn't hold that against them. Continental breakfast was good and rooms and beds were great. Great valve for downtown Seattle.

concern regarding the checkout process and an unexpected late checkout charge during my recent stay. I booked two rooms for one night on March 12, 2026. After checkout, I noticed that I was charged USD 52.07 for a late checkout for my parents’ room. My parents and I checked out together and left the hotel at approximately 12:30 PM, which was shortly after the standard checkout time. This wasn't the fanciest motel ever, but it was the best free breakfast that I've ever had at any motel! Very nicely done!

Much as I am like Little Red Riding Hood, I have tried 5 hotels in downtown Seattle looking for the right place to stay when visiting our daughter. We've finally found the right combination of comfort, cleanliness, service and price. The rooms show little to no sign of wear, the couch is comfortable enough to sleep on, the breakfast changes from day to day and is a 7 out of 10 with McDonalds being a 1 and that cute french place in Pike's Market being a 10.
