Nice hotel and staff is great but 1 star because of exterior noise. If you’re on the west side of building, don’t plan on sleeping because of club noise next door.

1st time here & won't be back. I had forgotten some clothing in our room & called the next day. The male employee on the phone in the evening directed me to call in the morning when the housekeeping staff were back. Called in the morning & Diana was dismissive. I had to call back again & housekeeping said they didn't find it in the closet in my room & they checked the room closet & found only the current guest's clothes. When I booked the hotel they never mentioned it was under construction. What a mess. I would never stay here again. The breakfast area is pathetic and the food was pretty pitiful. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and the door did not lock. The public areas were a mess and as well as the elevator. They started work early so I couldn't get a full night of sleep. They shut off the water on a Sunday afternoon. Who does that?! The door is not solid and you can hear everything that was going on in the hallway. I'm so disappoint... read more

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but the room was nice and clean.

1st time here & the rooms were nice. The font desk staff was okay. Not many shops around unfortunately.
