Good but aging slightly. Shower head made a LOT of noise. Breakfast used to be free for Hyatt Gold members but they have now added tiered memberships and the lowest level members must pay $11.89 for the same breakfast that used to be free. Parking is free which is good. Great Old Town location and personable service.
Truly exceptional service from Katy Wood
Staff is helpful friendly enough but A lot of deferred or neglected maintenance everywhere one looks, mostly minor things, but it's everywhere. Feels like the company is not making it, and if the stuff the customers can see is so neglected, just think of what we can't see.
