Great hotel with cheap airport parking!
Booked this hotel in May of last year. I use the app for Hyatt related stuff. I even checked the app ahead of time to mentally prepare myself. There was no indication in the app that the hotel was under construction or that the elevator was down. So I get there and they tell me they have a room on the second floor and the elevator is down. I am disabled, and a second floor room would not be accessible for me. I don’t need a wheelchair accessible room, but they all acted like I screwed up by not requesting a 1st floor room. We chose Hyatt Place Savannah because we had stayed at Hyatt properties before and trusted the brand, but this stay was unfortunately one of the most frustrating hotel experiences we’ve had. We checked in online around 5 PM before attending a Savannah Bananas game.
