We stayed at Hyatt Place Sarasota/Bradenton Airport from April 19–21, and unfortunately the experience was far below expectations. The most unbelievable part was that there was no soap at the sink. I went to the front desk twice — the first time they said they would take care of it, and the second time I was told they simply “don’t have any,” with a look that felt very dismissive, as if I was bothering them for asking. Have not stayed there yet but had an issue with our travel plans and needed a place for one night but check in I thought was 12 it wasn’t till 3pm so I called and spoke to Amanda very very nice super accommodating and checked Wednesday schedule and got me in earlier and that’s customer service I’d give a 12 but 10 usually the highest so 10 it is! Thank you Amanda
