The front desk gentleman Rick was very timely, professional and courteous, despite having to address 3 guests at once. The rooms were refreshing and the breakfast just average but free !! So that's a win as well I guess .
The room itself was very nice, but I had a frustrating experience with the airport shuttle service. Before my stay, I called the hotel and asked when the airport shuttle started running. The person on the phone told me it operated 24/7. However, after arriving, I scanned the QR code in my room and found information stating the shuttle started at 5:30 AM. When I asked the front desk, I was then told it actually started at 4:30 AM. Because of the conflicting information, I ended up paying for an Uber to make sure I got to the ... read more
I absolutely was blown away by hotel clerk Mauricio's great customer service from check-in to check-out and throughout my stay. Other than that, this was my least favorite Hyatt Place (and yes, I'm a Rewards Member). Our King bed was very hard, the room A/C was right next to the bed so it was hard to regulate the temperature well while sleeping, the bathroom was super small with no closed-in shower (like the other Hyatt Place that we've visited). Great location near airport and not far from the beaches. The staff are sweet as pie! Our room was clean and fully stocked. We had a great stay and will be back! Oh and they have EV chargers around back and check out is 12:00pm! The best!
