Long over due! I travel for work and this hotel has been my second home from 11-01-2024 to 07-01-2025. I stayed at this Hyatt and every week I had a new room because I stayed Mondays to Fridays. I stayed at Marriott down the street and the Hilton and even the Hoilday inn. This hotel was always clean and the staff very friendly! I will always stay at this hotel while I'm in the area! Good hotel looks and feels clean staff is nice.
My family and I were on a cross country road trip when the transmission on our conversion van blew up in Santa Fe. Diana (sorry if I misspelled your name!) at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and empathetic, and worked through our random requests to make our horrible situation manageable. She is the main reason for the 5-star review, but the entire staff was very hospitable and the rooms were very clean!
