I love the Hyatt! The beds are comfortable, I love the L-shaped couch and the big screen tv. I wish they had Hyatts in more locations.

This was our first time in Santa Fe and we thought we would be able to get out of the heat and go to a nice hotel to cool off. Instead we ended up with a room with a broken air conditioner. At least the window opened so we could cool off at night. However, our view was another wall of the hotel. I wish we would have known beforehand we would need to ask for a microwave in room. But, if I put down that we were bringing children the idea that a microwave might be needed should be assumed. The staff was all very nice. I hope th... read more

Hotel was booked and prepaid through a third party, but did not have my reservation on file upon my arrival. Company called and provided information, hotel proceeded to double charge me for the stay upon check-in when taking my card for the deposit. Hyatt customer service has hung up on me twice while trying to resolve the issue.

This is my first stay at a Hyatt, but it won't be my last. The staff from the manager, front desk, cleaning, and maintenance have all been great!! I'm here on a long term stay for work and it's been very comfortable with little to no issues.
