Very nice clean rooms , very good location with easy parking for sure Will go back
Room was clean, spacious and functional. Location is off the beach, but convenient enough if you have a car. My room key stopped working, even though I had multiple conversations with the front desk. Front desk agreed on two separate occasions to clean the room while we were away, only to come back and find it dirty. Not the best experience as a World of Hyatt explorist.
This place is a big fat joke, everything about it. Pool smells like sewage, cable doesn’t work, ac barely blows, no apps on tv, no towels or wash cloths, room looks and smells straight out of the 90’s
I’d keep the review factual, detailed, and professional. Reviews that stick to observable events tend to be more credible to other travelers and are often more persuasive than ones that are purely emotional.
