We had the best experience last weekend! It started at check-in with great service and an awesome staff making us excited to be there. Breakfast was a great surprise! One of the first downtown hotels that had a continental breakfast and the food was amazing. The proximity to Oracle Park is why we chose Hyatt Place and it was perfect to get to the Giants games or just sit on the rooftop patio and people watch.
They are great at this Hyatt. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Simon at the front desk.
