Hyatt Place San Francisco! We had an issue with an incorrect reservation made through Booking.com, but it was resolved very quickly and professionally upon our arrival. A very special thank you to Mr. Metin, who was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and supportive throughout the entire process. We truly appreciated his kindness and assistance. 巨人隊棒球觀賽專用酒店。搭Caltrain來此地也甚為方便，周邊有safeway超市或者tacobell和subway等連鎖店家補給。前台服務周到耐心。預定是並無早餐但還是主動免費提供，早餐品種供應豐富。但設施確實屬於頗為陳舊有年代感的，洗臉池特別小。

Metin, the Guest Service Manager, and his assistant, Itai, at Hyatt Place San Francisco were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Upon my arrival, they promptly arranged parking for my car, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I wanted to write this review specifically to thank and call out Vagish Upadhyay for some of the most incredible service I have ever experienced. We stayed at this hotel while our child was in the NICU, and his empathy and kindness in making everything as smooth as possible for us in that incredibly hard moment is something I will never forget. He went far above and beyond anything that was asked of him.
