Absolutely wonderful stay. I came to San Francisco for 4th of July weekend to visit family and wanted a nice place to stay and this Hyatt was excellent. I texted the hotel ahead to ask for early check in and a suite upgrade since I have some member status and they were incredibly helpful. Simon and Alexis were quick, responsive and so helpful.
