I was double charged for my room and told by Marcus the manager I’d get refunded. It’s been close to a month and I can’t get Marcus to return my calls. I’ve been polite and patient and unfortunately Hyatt has taken full advantage of that. I booked a room through govx.com and when I arrived they couldn’t find my reservation. This was happening to two other guests in the lobby at the time. Very good experience I recommend
Staff is rude and disrespectful
Went on a quick business trip here. The room was super clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Iron was hot to iron dress clothes. The customer service was friendly. My only nitpicky concern is that there was alot of traffic noise from the adjacent Timpanogos Highway. Otherwise, a great stay. I'd stay again.
