Our stay at the Hyatt was perfect. It was a great location, the room was large and very clean, and the breakfast was amazing. The staff even took our ice packs to freeze for us since we were on a road trip. I highly recommend staying here.
The location's great, close to shops and places to eat. I love the little lake nearby for walks. The front desk staff were amazing! But, the room had dirty dishes. I pulled out a used plate, greasy with food bits. There was also a dirty bowl and two glasses, so gross. It made me wonder what else wasn't cleaned, like the sheets. So gross to even think about.
Clean, comfortable rooms and common spaces in a convenient location to much of what downtown SLC has to offer, plus nearby public transportation options making it easily accessible to/from the airport and other areas I needed to visit in the valley for business.
Super friendly staff. The rooms are well-sized and clean.
Great hotel. Wonderful staff. Room was spacious. Only downfall is they charge for parking and the lot was small
