Very clean and roomy rooms. Great value for the price and free breakfast. I'd choose to stay here again. This property made me want to re-think brand loyalty and consider Hyatt.
The placery or whatever the 24/7 food service is called shows that they serve alcohol until ten pm. They don’t because they have unqualified and underage workers there most of the time. The one time they didn’t they didn’t even have half of the wine that their menus shows… as someone at a Confrence, away from operating on patients I was looking forward to having drinks in my room. I was very impressed with this hotel. Everyone on the front desk staff was super kind and helpful, from storing my luggage to putting my postcards in the mail to providing me with a razor when mine broke. The room was comfortable, the location is super accessible on public transport, and breakfast was tasty (especially the oatmeal!). I wish the pool had been open, but it was closed for maintenance. Otherwise, all great!
I strongly advise against staying at this property. My family and I stayed for two days, and our experience upon departure was deeply concerning. On the morning of checkout, we began loading our vehicle around 10:00 AM, well before the stated checkout time of 12:00 PM. After loading our bags in our vehicle, we returned to the room approximately 15-20 minutes after to do a final check and ensure we did not leave anything behind.
