The service and employees here are the best of any hotel I have ever stayed at. They made it a top stay for me and my family through care.
We arrived to the hotel and were informed that we would have a $100 cleaning fee for having our dogs. This was listed no where on the website when I booked the room. Then, we were informed parking is $30. We know parking downtown often has a charge, but didn’t realize it would be so high. We tried to cancel the room and go somewhere else, but they said if we cancel, we will be charged the full room rate for the night. Stayed overnight on our way through Utah. Very good location, price, and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and a good size. Highly recommend.
Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour cet 3 élégant hôtel très bien tenu. Le personnel est très professionnel, sympathique, accueillant et efficace ! Merci à toute l’équipe. Le ménage de la chambre est fait tous les jours. Chambre spacieuse et calme. Literie très confortable. Piscine extérieure avec jacuzzi très agréables. Par contre, j’aurais aimé un peu plus d’ombres avec l’ajout de parasol par exemple, car en pleine chaleur il est impossible de rester au bord de l’eau.
