The hotel charged me three times for a single movie purchase. The first two attempts said “could not be processed,” and the front desk told me to try again—all within about 5 minutes. Great location, clean rooms, ready check-in, layout of room is a lens weird but nothing to worry about.

We stayed three nights. There are many accommodations of which we didn't take advantag - hot tub, pool, computer, conference room, common area tables, exercise room, etc. Smelled of cigarette smoke in the hallway but facility is a no smoking hotel so it was likely on clothing passing through the hall.
