Looks better online than in real. Old '80s hotel renovated a bit. Not worth what they charge. Also $14 per day parking fee. You can tell how good house keeping is based off how 'clean' the rubbers of their washing machines are (laundry service), as expected based on the room, this hotel was mediocre at best. Rubbers dirty. Gym only has some weights (no space to use them), a few threadmills and a lot of dust. Alcohol tissue not refilled. Not Hyatt worthy.

The reason I'm writing this review is because of the staff. Every single staff member greeted me with a genuine smile and really bent over backwards to make sure I had what I needed. No one seemed rushed or put off. I came in with a cooler and asked where the ice machines were, but instead of just telling me (they are on floors 3 and 5 btw) where they were, the woman behind the reception desk took my cooler into the kitchen and filled it up to the brim. Had the worst experience ever at this hyatt place. We booked a room and ended up showing late (this has never been a problem at any other hotel Ive stayed at) The doors were locked and I'm very sure the employee was sleeping. We had to knock on the door to get his attention only to be given attitude. The man who worked there needs to be fired, he has zero customer service skills.
