Terrible experience, I have booked the hotel few days back and here. I travelled 10 hours and finally reached there to rest and guess what they said overbooked. Here are my concerns - won’t the front desk know how much reservations are made for the day? If so can’t the contact customer and say that it’s overbooked either they need to cancel or provide alternative accommodation? I am deeply disappointed with the service at this hotel. I arrived with a fully confirmed reservation made two days in advance, only to be told at 10:00 PM—after an exhausting 8-hour drive with a small child—that the hotel was overbooked.The staff was incredibly dismissive; they simply said we will cancel your confirmed booking and walked away from the front desk, refusing to answer questions or assist in finding alternative accommodations.
