My 1st time in VA and I will say I cannot wait to come back for a visit. Hotel shuttle back and forth A+++. Front desk agent Brittany; aaaamazing, helpful, informative and she made my trip wonderful start to finish. The beds are like clouds (I didn't want to get up), the rooms are very spacious, breakfast was included and was worth getting myself out of cloud bed. It's clean and fairly priced. I LOVED the entire stay. And when I'm back this is where I'm headed!😀

Spent the night on June 22nd. First room we checked into had s suspicious brown stain on the floor in the middle of the room, the toilet was broken (continually flushing) and the TV was broken. Guest service was great and moved us into a much better room. They also did not inform us prior to arrival, or at anytime during booking, that the hotel was knee deep in renovations moving to a lower end (more budget friendly) Hyatt.

Giving it 2 stars because the room was nice. Stayed Friday to Monday and couldn't get clean towels or trash emptied. Told housekeeping only available after 3 days. Including clean towels?? Gave me trash bags to empty my trash. This is the Hyatt, not Motel 6.

Breakfast selections are mediocre, bathrooms could use some love, close to the airport. Is.in the process of switching to Hyatt Select, so there is some construction on site. Did not impact the stay though.

Extremely disappointing stay. The HVAC in the room was not functioning properly, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Repeated attempts to contact the front desk went unanswered, as no one picked up the phone. Even more frustrating, the room was never cleaned during our stay despite multiple requests over several days. Basic hospitality expectations such as a working room, responsive staff, and housekeeping service were simply not met. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience
