I would seriously reconsider booking this hotel. The best reason to stay here is the location: convenient to a large shopping center and I-64, about halfway between Busch Gardens and Kings Dominion. Beyond that, don't let the posh lobby fool you. Even though the staff are great and friendly, and room services (now by request only) are rendered in a timely fashion, I was disappointed that the hotel didn't offer daily housekeeping or laundry services as listed on Priceline. I had to check in after a delayed flight at 3AM. No one was present at the front desk, the back, or anywhere in the hotel. Staff abandoned their position, if they were even assigned there. Not only could I not check in, being denied a room I booked, security is completely absent. Stay here at your own risk. A disgrace to the Hyatt name.
