This gotta be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life! The first issue started with the bathroom the tub was dirty and brown. The showerhead was making some rambling noise. The toilet wasn’t flushing. The water coming out the sink with yellow. You would think that would be the only issue! Inside the beds, it looks like there’s mold dirt and other diseases like they haven’t cleaned the bedding in years. Hotel manager enjoys walking in on 12 year old girls changing by using their master key-card. Other than that, the mold throughout the rooms was a fantastic addition and really complimented the chalky, silica filled air being produced by the construction crew without dust collection in the lobby.
They are renovating and it’s going to be great once it’s complete. The room was nice. Very clean. My only problem was the charges were not correct and I had to call to get it fixed. They responded very well and it should be fixed this week. Beware: The incidental hold on a card is $100 a day. It was explained to me on check in that it was just changed from $15 to $100. We booked to stay at this hotel with our team through a group. Although listed on their hotel website, we weren’t aware it was under renovation and the website didn’t describe it accurately! The entire lobby is being redone as well as rooms. Pool closed as well as other areas, breakfast in conference room (no thank you) Spackling and sanding everywhere, you leave footprints in the dust as you walk to the rooms.
