Location and value is all this Hyatt Place has going for it. Major renovation is required. Air conditioning, bathrooms don’t have sinks and older style make this barely something Hyatt should have in its collection.
Very nice Hyatt Place right at the airport. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is very nice and helpful, and the location is great if you need to be next to the airport. Will definitely stay here again.
Booked a non-refundable room through Booking.com on Jul 17th for the night of July 25-26, so we could catch our 5am flight to Chicago the next morning. Less than 24 hrs after the reservation (the same calendar day), learned about the dangerously bad air quality in Chicago because of the Ontario wild fires and canceled our entire trip (more than $1500 lost). Send a request thru booking.com on the same day and a private message to Hyatt asking for an exception to the no-cancellation policy. They did not reply to my direct mess... read more
