Great Hotel I love the gym And the pool. Also the breakfast was ok

Spent a week in the Raleigh/Durham area at this hotel and so glad we did. Great clean rooms and probably the best mattress I've ever come across in my travels. Staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and even had coffee ready for me every morning around 5:30am!( Thanks Trenton) . Would also like to call out Ian, Brandon, Catriya, Lillian and Sheyla for the cocktails and cold beers at the bar. Will definitly stay here again on future travels.
This is my favorite Hyatt because staff like Dexter, Aaron, and Katria are very intentional about making sure guests well cared for.
Stayed here the night before the bar exam and, after checking in around 6pm, realized my room’s toilet wouldn’t flush. They offered to move me, but I had already unpacked and needed to study. I moved the next evening because they didn’t have maintenance staff on site to fix the toilet that still wasn’t working 24 hours later.
