Disappointing Experience – Be Very Careful With Credit Card Charges. My two friends and I stayed at Hyatt Morrisville, NC, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing due to a major billing issue. Our reservation was made through Booking.com and was fully prepaid. During check-in, the hotel asked us to provide credit cards for a security deposit, which we understood and provided. This hotel is dated and haunted. All carpets and discussing and the mini fridge is lopsided.

Please kindly don’t say your going to do something when your not the fact we called 3 times to get the tv fixed and then you tell us unfortunately you only have 2 members at front & one is working the bar but when I go down there your both on the phone & then stilll never come to fix the tv like come on.

If you like housekeeping in your rm going through you suitcase a great place to stay. The Manager came into my room when I was naked! The police said they had already heard stories about him! . Now the hotel is being watched. Yes be afraid as a female U was even with do not disturb housekeeping came in the 10 mins ;after the manager came in my door as I was naked in my room alone
