Highly disappointed, would not recommend. Unsafe room conditions and terrible customer service. We checked in with our young child who has severe asthma, only to find a suffocating room with no openable windows or clean air flow. ​We immediately returned the keys to the front desk within minutes and had to search for another hotel. Despite not using the room at all and checking out right away due to health risks, management refused to process a refund. I stayed one night at the Hyatt Place Princeton for a work trip, and it was a very solid experience. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, making check-in quick and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and well laid out. I appreciated having plenty of room to spread out, along with a comfortable workspace, mini fridge, and wet bar.
