The hallways and rooms need to be renovated. I had to change rooms twice to find a tolerable room which still was not up to par. The rooms are small compared to other properties that I have stayed at and all rooms did not have microwave ovens, just a few random rooms did.

We stayed here last weekend and had a perfectly fine, if unremarkable, experience. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so only one elevator was operational while the other was being replaced. Fortunately, we didn’t experience significant delays, but it is something to be aware of. The Room: Cleanliness was not an issue, which we appreciated. However, the bed was a bit of a letdown. I accidentally left some of my belongings behind, and the staffs and Dwayne (General manager) kindly took care of everything for me. They even helped ship all the items I had purchased from the shops across the street back to me. I was a little worried because there were many snowy days, but everything arrived safely. I truly appreciate the team’s responsibility and kindness. Thank you for taking such good care of my things and for your thoughtful service!

My godmother, Angela Corbett stayed here and asked me to write a review on her behalf. Angela stayed at the hotel from 2/21/26- /26/26. During that time, the area was hit with over a foot of snow. While the weather is beyond the hotel’s control, how they choose to respond to it is not. The hotel did a suboptimal job at plowing the parking lot and when the plowing was completed they managed to plow snow in behind guests cars leaving them stuck in their spots.
