It’s a Hyatt but you’d never guess that by the lack of hot water or coffee in the lobby, the weird situation with only one elevator working, and the parking lot that is mostly cordoned off for unclear reasons. You’ll survive, but you would also survive if you went to a Country Inn.

I probably should've given 1 star. Within the first second of walking to entrance, there was a shady guy sitting by side door smoking weed and a shady guy sitting right at the entrance smoking weed. Checkout was ok, then we got on the elevator and it smelled like weed again. I would've left instantly if it wasn't late and I wasn't exhausted. It was just awful. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. However, there was no microwave and the sink was not inside a door by the bathroom. It was visible to the whole room. I ha... read more

I talked with Shreyas Kumar, and I would genuinely trust this man with my life. I have never been more satisfied emotionally than when I met this man. I hope when I return he is still working there.

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Despite calling multiple times in advance to request a simple room arrangement, our needs were not accommodated upon arrival. We were told that connecting rooms were not available, which we understood and were completely fine with. However, we specifically asked for rooms that were at least next to each other.
