Very disappointed with the customer service from this hotel. We booked here for a couple nights and then after realizing how unsafe this neighbourhood is for families with children we tried to cancel. We contacted them less than 30 minutes after booking the room but they gave us multiple different excuses for why we couldn't cancel but after a long discussion they explained it was just their profit they were concerned about. Downtown Prince George is not the greatest, but the Hyatt is a surprisingly nice hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the rooms.
