Yes the rooms are nice and the whole place is clean and attractive but the television's are ancient. When I read reviews saying "modern amenities" they forgot the modern part. Traveling with a teenager and not being able to use streaming services or YouTube is very disappointing and something I've only seen at budget hotels in the last many years of traveling

Long story short I was given a room without working heat and ended up having to leave in the middle of the night. Despite repeated requests to the hotel from Hyatt corporate to refund my payment, the operations manager refused. Which seems to be a pattern with this place looking at other reviews, as well as refusing to return deposits. Be warned- this is a franchise property not owned by Hyatt and you will have no recourse with Hyatt when they refuse to return your money.

I tried to stay here on the night of Saturday January 24th, 2026. This was the night before 18" of snow fell on the area. I discovered when I was settled in the room that it had no working heat. The front desk told me there was no maintenance person there who could fix it so I ended up giving up at 1 am and leaving when it was 8 degrees outside.
