The hotel is currently going through some renovations, but the entire experience still has been great. The front desk is fantastic to deal with, and the location of the property is about as good as it gets. We love the room which is nice and clean and exactly what you'd expect on a visit to a well run Hyatt Place. We would definitely stay here again.
Honestly customer service before even getting to the hotel was PHENOMENAL. I was using points to book and didn’t realize until the day before we booked a single bed and not a double. Literally within 60 seconds of our phone call the gentleman upgraded our room (at no cost). Upon checking in, all the people that worked there were professional and very pleasant, including valet. Also for everyone else, don’t forget to tip your valet!
Edit: thanks to management for acknowledging our feedback and working with us to rectify that hiccup. We had an otherwise lovely stay at a nice property in a supreme location. To mgmt: feel free to contact me directly if anything else needed to rectify. Charged us $14 each, per day, for breakfast without disclosing that it was not complementary. Poor service when we were there.
