We stayed at the Hyatt Place Portland Downtown-Old Port on September 2 and checked out on September 3. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.At check-in, I asked the front desk for the complimentary bottled water that the hotel provides. I was told it would be delivered to our room, but it never arrived. Erg goed hotel op een centrale locatie. Ruime,rustige en schone kamer met uitzicht op een soort van binnenplaats. Lekker ontbijt. Alleen met valet parking ging het niet goed. Door een fout in het systeem moesten we bij ons vertrek te lang wachten op onze auto.
We had a nice and comfortable stay at Hyatt place Portland downtown. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff was friendly, professional and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again
