WARNING: This is the most disgraceful excuse for a hotel I’ve ever experienced. If ZERO stars were an option, this property would earn it with ease. The entire stay was an embarrassment. Broken air conditioning, rude and clueless front desk staff, and service that felt like it was run by amateurs playing hotel on the weekends. But the real kicker? Had a issue with the filters being dirty, after management got back to me, I feel this place definitely is passionate about customer service and treating their customers with 100% respect. I thank you, for your amenities and services. They are next to none. Felt like I was on Imperial Beach with top notch customer service. Fourth floor is definitely the best, if you can get it. They are usually pretty booked. Obviously because of the customer service.
This is my favorite hotel in Mesa area. Their breakfast was good and had multiple options. Swimming pool and mini putting green was fun for kids.
We stayed here for 2 nights and our experience was good. The front desk staff was friendly and the check in process was breezy. The room was spacious for 2 Queen beds and a sofa (and I think it is a pull out couch but can't remember since we didn't check it out or needed it). The microwave and fridge is by a small counter with a sink. It also has a little desk and chair too for any work you want to do.
