Last night we got there around 2am and the night shift receptionist was awesome ! Thank you Ed for being so kind and helpful!
Great customer service! I was in town for a wedding and unfortunately had to have an eye operation, leaving me unable to drive. They were extremely helpful and understanding. Even allowed my to cancel my reservation when they could have held me to the full price. It's nice to experience a little humanity from time to time.
Nice new hotel in a decent location. Good customer service and has a pool and hot tub.
This isn’t my first stay here I returned due to a work trip I left with bed bug bites and I’m still sanitizing my things. I haven’t slept in my bed because I’m afraid it will infest. I told the front manager and they called saying that they couldn’t find anything. I still scratching my arms and legs, and stomach area due to the bites. I don’t recommend it here. I will not be returning.
The location is close to restaurants and the Phoenix Arena, which hosts concerts and sports events. Several shopping centers are also nearby, all within a few miles. The airport is about 15 minutes away.
