This was such a bad experience! Idk where to begin... The closest door was broken and I went to let the front door clerk know since I wouldn't be able to get to the iron, well, it was never fixed; the breakfast was horrible and you're better off with not eating; the hotel wasn't cleaned and saw constant spills in the elevator and cups laying around; there was stuff to fix the hotel laying around where they served food; front door clerk was always gone. The place was in the perfect spot. Anything I needed was right there. The hotel is old, the people were wonderful, the breakfast could of been a lot better. Coffee cold food not good or hot. Thank the Lord we found diner. I would stay there again.

PLEASE save your time & money, and just stay somewhere else. My husband & I stayed a Wed-Sun. Unfortunately it is the worst Hyatt I’ve ever been in. Zero room service during our stay. Bags of trash in the lobby and hallways our entire stay, and our room smelled like mildew. We needed a new comforter because ours was dirty-they didn’t have anymore? We ended up getting a few extra sheets. It took 3 days of asking, for fresh towels. I had to use the hair dryer to try and dry the ones we had so that it didn’t contribute to the r... read more

This place was ok. When you woke up in the morning you'd expect a nice hot shower no this shower was cold no hot water and was just awful same with the room there were stains on the floor and on the towels and there were only 2 towels in a room fitted for at least 4. The breakfast was awful, there was no coffee in the coffee machine and the food was everywhere. The pool was dark green and disgusting. Also there were no microwave in the room. And overall this place was just not the most impressive.

Our room was surprisingly big. The room itself had questionable cleanliness. There wasn't mold in the bathroom but like others noted the towels were stained and one of the towels smelled like vinegar. We only received 2 towels and 1 hand towel. No wash clothes present. The carpet didn't feel clean under my feet either. The bedsheets were scratchy. The next morning, the free breakfast looked questionable to me so we decided to eat out.
