Me and friends where exploring hotel because haven’t got a room yet employees threatened to kick me and my friends out just for walking on the floor because some other kids were running around!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Property / rooms are somewhat dated, but most frustrating was the service. Very disappointing experience with the handling of a lost item. I called the hotel roughly an hour after checkout because I had accidentally left expensive sunglasses in the room and was 100% sure they were there. Despite repeated calls throughout the day, the staff kept saying they would “look into it” and only gave feedback around 4:30 p.m. — far too late. AC blows directly on the bed. You either freeze or sweat. Might as well keep the AC on and sleep on the couch located further away from the AC. Service was less than desirable.

This place was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at and I've traveled and stayed at many different hotels. Furthermore I have a family member who works for the Marriott and when I told them of my experience with Hyatt they were disgusted and said that people in that position at Marriott would be fired for those mistakes.
