Dropped in here on a road trip, walk in price was the same as online. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was great, bathroom especially good with a spacious shower and nice pressure. Excellent garden cafe on the property to the north that you can reach from the Hyatt parking lot. Would def stay again.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I reserved a room in Moab, Utah only to discover Hyatt had reserved a room in PARK PLACE, Utah instead and took my money and has refused to refund me. I am very disappointed. I stongly recommend you spend your hard earned money elsewhere! The manager at Moab, Sadik was really great. He spent about two hours trying to resolve their mistake but, the company stonewalled him and treated him as badly as they treated me. If they relent I'll edit my review.
