The service was incredible, I want to thank the front desk they were great in getting us in. We arrived early from a cruise, they did all they could to get us in ASAP. During the stay it was great. Location was great. The room was spacious and nice. Perfect place for a post cruise trip, out if you are around the airport area. The only thing was that the toilet is very low.

Experience was disappointing compared to other Hyatt Places. Bed was creaky and rock hard. A/C wall unit was extremely loud, as were the overhead planes until late. Stayed for one restless night, and would not return. Not the same quality as other properties.

Had an overnight stay and cannot comment staff enough, they were polite, professional and helpful ,from the airport shuttle driver Mo , receptionists (cannot remember everyones names), Gabriella that gave us a nice send off message and driver John that took us to the port. Thank you all so much.

Strong bad smell as soon as entering the room, with an even worse odor from the bathroom. It caused a headache and made it impossible to sleep. Very disappointing experience for a one-night stay. Room cleanliness and condition were unacceptable.
