being a hyatt rewards globalist member i am quite familiar with the different hyatts in the different states. For being a 3 star hyatt place, i expected comparable amenities to other 3 star hyatt hotels; this one has to be the only three star hotel that does not allow pets. I would expect this to be a policy for 4 star and 5 star hotels, but a three star? We will take our money and our rewards to lincoln

The location is excellent and within walking distance of the Old Market, but our experience with housekeeping was disappointing. During our $538 2 night stay, our room was never serviced. Around 4 PM, we spoke with a housekeeper who was cleaning the room next to ours and specifically requested fresh towels while we were out for the evening. When we returned around 8 PM, the room had not been cleaned, the beds had not been made, and no towels had been delivered. Rooms were okay for price. Location was great. Downtown within walking distance of many things. Service was okay. The one thing that kills the vibe is the tallish front desk guy named Scott with a pony tail and glasses. He needs to work on his customer service skills. Pretending to be busy randomly typing into his computer not acknowledging waiting guests to avoid helping guests waiting to check in or ask for assistance. We had a really great experience staying at this hotel. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the customer service was excellent. The front desk staff were especially kind and helpful. I accidentally left my watch behind after we checked out, and when I called, they were honest enough to turn it in and help get it returned to me. That really meant a lot because not everyone would do that. I truly appreciate their honesty and great service. I would definitely stay here again!

Doors were not soft close---all doors loud , LVT installed in rooms and hallways = increased hallway noise and patrons conversations could be heard.
