Samantha, at the front desk, was very nice. Extended late check-out with no issues. Awesome location with wonderful / secure parking.
We cannot say enough about this place! We are in Omaha several times a year and always stay at the Hyatt in Old Market. The staff is amazing, rooms are clean and spacious, and location is awesome!
This is a motel dressed up as a Hyatt. First they try to charge you $25 for parking lol it's Omaha not a huge city. There is meter parking around the entire block some spots even closer than their non secure garage. The rooms are tiny and no views and no suites. Worst pillows I've ever slept on, couldn't even get a full night sleep. The AC we set at 68 it never got below 72. Felt hotter. The breakfast is fake eggs and crappy meat. There is a parking lot for parking which is 25 a day or pay by the hour for street parking. The entrance, elevator and door to room all require a key card. In general the staff are nice and helpful especially the night staff. The room was clean but not well stocked for the six guest that were registered to stay so we did need to grab extra towels from the front desk no problem. Very nice hotel! Perfectly clean. Nicely updated and upkept. Great breakfast. Walkable to everything in Old Market. Would highly recommend!
