Terrible experience. -Our shower was broken, as in the entire bath faucet literally flew out of the wall when we turned it on. They claimed to fix it, only to realize that they just stuck it back in the wall so it flew off again. They did at least give us a new room at that point so we could shower. -The pillows were… chunky? Imagine a completely deflated pillow with hard chunks of congealed stuffing in them. Decent hotel, nice downtown location(sadly with standard downtown problems) I understand benefits for members, but free bottles of water for members with a $4 price tag for non members is a slap in the face for every non member that just payed well over a 100 for the room for the night

This hotel is not a great value and Hyatt knows it. The hotel is advertised as newly renovated, but they did not address the elevator problem. There are only two elevators and on Saturday morning one was being used by the cleaning staff. Waits to get to and from breakfast ran 20 to 30 minutes during the peak. The breakfast was nothing special, as there were always missing items. Glasses and silverware could not be turned around quick enough. Had trouble with ac and they moved us right away. Very nice hotel and in a great location for downtown Omaha. Can walk everywhere.
