4 gece konakladık. Odalar çok küçük, klima aşırı gürültülü çalışıyor. Kahvaltı çok vasat. Ortak kullanılan alanlar aşırı küçük ve temiz değil. Otel genel olarak çok tozlu, alerjen problemi olan için çok kötü. Öğlen saatlerinde resepsiyonda kaos yaşanıyor. Alanlar çok yetersiz.

Rooms are small and badly furnished. One elevator available for the whole hotel. Breakfast is awful. Only good thing with this hotel is the location.

The rooms are quite small but very cozy and comfortable! The service is outstanding—everyone here really looks after you. A huge thank you to Wilson Acevedo for being so supportive with everything we needed during our stay. His amazing attitude and willingness to help were truly invaluable to us!

Great location, extremely close to Time Square is within a block away and you can enjoy from a window view room, better to take a lower floor view anything on 20th or less to better enjoy, elevators are their weakness, only one worked long waits at times, rooms are very large, no coffee pots or microwave, only water as courtesy, rooms get clean every day. Thanks to them room kept clean and fresh. (At arrival my room had no body soap) :( just called and got it fast. Images from room 36th floor.

Average stay. Really small rooms but thats typical of nyc and time square hotels in general. No complimentary water pissed me off. Elevators are so confusing. Lobby is always overcrowded and so is breakfast.
