Very noisy hallways - no sound insulation at all. It is NYC so people are up at all hours - it makes it quite difficult to rest. Two nights in a row with people running and yelling in the hallway

Moldy walls and shampoo bottles, paper thin walls and stained sheets. Water doesn't run hot, elevators take forever to arrive and breakfast is terrible. Good location. Overpriced.

This hotel wasn't our original hotel. But since our initial flight was cancelled due to the blizzard, we had to book a different hotel, so we booked this one. The room was clean but definitely not as big as advertised, and saying that it's in Times Square is a bit of a stretch—it's more by the Fashion District. A very basic room with basic amenities for the price. We paid nearly £200 per night for a high floor standard king room (early March). Annoyingly, the bottled water in the room isn't free! Staff was friendly. For NYC, room was good size. We booked so we can have a king bed and sofa bed. Location is awesome. Parking was smooth - they validate your ticket and you pay at the garage. Breakfast was chaotic but still good, just get there early. Overall, based on the price, you really can't beat this.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo hotel, personale gentile e sempre molto disponibile, camera non grande ma molto pulita e funzionale, di buon arredo e fruibilità in ogni senso, è capitato di dover aspettare qualche attimo in più uno dei 4 ascensori che servono i 45 piani ma, essendo in vacanza e non dovendo correre, non è stato un problema! La colazione ottima, buona scelta tra colazione tradizionale e internazionale! Posizione leggermente decentrata a time square e la zona più centrale della città, comunque raggiungibi... read more
