Worst experience. Car was broken into. They knew this is common and happens still no information was given to us to where to park no CCTV footage, nothing.

They gave away the room we reserved. They only had a king room and we needed 2 doubles. They did at least give us a refund but we had to find another hotel 20 miles away

Listen, for a Hyatt, this was NOT up to standards. The hallways and elevators smell, the rooms are not cleaned very well. The bathroom was DISGUSTING from the walls, to the shower head. Nonetheless, I am going to praise the service we received from the night front desk staff. Jared, I believe it is, was absolutely amazing and made the stay more manageable. He is the young man with decently long locs who always meat you with a smile. If it wasn’t for him. I would have walked out the same day I walked in.

I wish I could give it no stars for the room. The service guy on the evening shift with locs was okay and helpful, but the rest had attitudes when ask questions and rude when explaining something that was asked. The rooms were not cleaned and they didn’t clean our rooms at all during our stay due to short to none staff. We had to clean our rooms and get more toilet paper, towels, and rags. We enjoyed our stay here. Front desk Chad is the best! He's funny, knowledgeable and seems to actually enjoy his job. I'll definitely be back.
