Location was fine. The room and the service were atrocious! We found bed bugs in our bed (took pictures and video for proof) and we called the front desk. All we were told is the manager isn’t there and isn’t available, and they were fully booked. We were offered a room at a sister hotel but it looked absolutely awful from the pictures so we declined. It’s definitely hit or miss, but the “non smoking” rooms smell terrible! We got into our room and it smelled like hookah and very heavy air freshener. Thankfully they offered another room, but it smelled like a smokers lounge! Finally, they gave us another room after that with a neutral yet musty-hotel aroma. The staff checked the smoker’s lounge room and agreed that it was terrible. Thankfully he was helpful and the only redeeming quality of this hotel. This was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. Rather than a hotel, it felt and smelled more like a rundown motel. I regret not reading the reviews before booking, as I assumed it would be a typical Hyatt like the ones we’ve stayed at in the past. From the moment you arrive, the area feels uncomfortable. There was no available parking. As soon as you walk inside, you’re hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke and a general sense of uncleanliness. This hotel is in terrible condition. The rooms were dirty, run-down, and felt like they were falling apart. It did not seem like housekeeping was keeping up with the rooms at all. The beds made me feel itchy after laying down, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The TV also had no working channels. We were supposed to stay for two nights, but we ended up staying only one night because of how dirty and run-down the hotel was. I would not recommend staying here.
