Wanna give a shoutout to Devon! Our car broke down and he jumped off our car. That did not fix the car and realized we needed a new battery and he let my husband drive his personal car to the part store to buy a battery. He is definitely God sent and a great asset to the Hyatt Hotel! He is the definition of costumer service.

This was about the worst Hyatt I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was off putting, indifferent, and unhelpful. If you needed a front desk associate could usually find them sitting on a couch playing on their phones. The hot water was either lukewarm or scalding hot with no adjustment working on the faucet. The elevators had scraps of food on the floor that were still there the day after I checked in. The entire place seemed dingy and the air conditioners were not on in the main lobby or hallways.
