This was, without question, the most disappointing stay I have had within the Hyatt portfolio. I am a World of Hyatt Globalist (Hyatt’s highest membership tier) and stay at multiple Hyatt properties worldwide throughout the year for work. Despite that loyalty, there was no recognition, compensation or meaningful effort to address the issues encountered during this stay at the Hyatt Place Mount Pleasant. The primary issue is noise. Spacious rooms, better than average breakfast, good bed, quiet, convenient parking, excellent service (especially Parker at the front desk & Parker at the bar/grill). Not many places to eat after 8pm.
Great hotel with really great staff. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.
