I stayed the 4th of July weekend..So disappointed..1. The plastic in the closet thaf has the extra pillow and blanket was disgusting and smelled !!! I attempted to call the front desk and phones were not working. I had to use my cell phone to ask for additional sheets,towels and pillows.I was told by the front desk that the sheets and pillows will be brought up to my room and the Robot had to deliver the towels.That night the Robot never came with towels.The next day I was informed by A different front desk person who stated... read more

Wheelchair accessible room was fantastic
After a terrible experience at a Hilton property, I cannot say enough positive things about this Hyatt location in Mount Pleasant. Staff was great, room was great, hotel was clean and neat, and the free breakfast and parking were also amazing. Ideal location for shopping, food, and getting to the Isle of Palms Beach. Drive to Charleston was less than 20 minutes and very scenic.
