This hotel sucks....The lady at the desk is rude....I called ahead for a early,for a early check-in and was told I could do so for a fee...This hotel charges you for early cancelation and the General manager doesn't return phone calls..
Hotel was ok. Used the hotel's valet service to park my rental car. The car's window was smashed overnight. Not sure what kind of security they have. They promised to take care of the charges. I have sent them the bill and contacted many times. They have not taken any action for damages that occurred on their property.
Avery in valet was very helpful and so was the front desk. Nice clean room.
