Bed was uncomfortable. Couldn't use the TV because i don't watch local and there was no working port for my fire stick. First evening i had to deal with banging not sure if due to remodel but whatever. The charge for the room came thru but there was a second charge 6 hours later for $38.96. I tried to get ahold of Hyatt and was told to call the actual hotel. Of course the person i spoke too didn't understand and told me to call back later. I spent a month at this hotel, and I must say it is completely unsuitable for such a long stay. While the rooms were clean, they were very dark and felt quite cramped over time. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was extremely poor—so much so that after a few days, I simply stopped going altogether. Additionally, the staff was not very helpful or welcoming, which made the stay less pleasant. The only significant advantage was the access to a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The hotel wasn't clean. Front desk wasn't friendly. First night we had appetizers and beer. Our check came to $104. We signed the credit card receipt crossed out the tip. We gave a $20 cash tip. The next day we checked the credit card and showed we were charged $119. Checked with service desk. Apparently hotel added their own gratuity even after we signed receipt for $104 and gave a cash tip. We were told we needed a receipt of which we were never given.
