I was better off staying at a Motel 8! This place was a complete dumpster fire. Room is not what was shown through the pictures. The blankets were stained along with the shower. The renovation noice was going past the 6pm posted time and the front desk attendants looked bothered when I walked in to check in while they were stuffing their faces. Last time at hyatt!

I honestly have never had a worse experience before. I travel a lot and am always on the lookout for good hotel deals, so when I saw the price on this I took it. When I arrive for check in, I am told that there will be construction on the floor above me from 9 am to 6 pm. I walk into the room, the walls are scuffed, it smells horrible, and there’s loud drilling directly above me. Horrible business and they deserve to shut down. I left for a different hotel, because this one is beyond shitty.

Very disappointed with the night-shift staff. The airport is less than a minute away, yet I waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle while being told it was “on the way.” The front desk staff was dismissive, spoke without much effort, and made no eye contact. The room was also very outdated. As a Hyatt member, I expected much better. The hotel needs better leadership and management. I would not recommend this hotel.
