Decent Hotel. Requested feather free room and they didn't honor. Also found mold in the bathroom.. rooms were nice and plenty of room to relax. Bathroom was very outdated and shower curtain was gross.
The room was wonderful. Clean and VERY spacious with a unique (and well designed) floor plan. I gave the hotel a lower star for two reasons: the back hall of the first floor smelled terrible of cigarette smoke (although our room on the 6th floor smelled great), and in the morning all 3 coffee machines were out (and I was not the only guest leaving without my morning caffeine fix). I think they were short staffed — the staff was friendly, but seem to wear many hats. Overall, I would still stay here again!
Friendly staff, clean linens on the bed and in the bathroom. The rooms definitely have a black mold issue, especially when the ac units are turned on. My face felt like it had been beaten with a bat, couldnt stop sneezing, felt run down, but could breath so much better as soon as I left.
The staff is friendly. Breakfast is standard eggs and sausage with bread options. The rooms are average but everything goes downhill from there. The constant door slamming on the fifth floor occurred because the door jambs were so tight that was the only way the doors could be shut. The temperature would not regulate and would cut off leaving the room hot at 75 degrees. I had it set at 73 but it wouldn't shut off when it reached temperature.
