Staff is great. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. South-facing outdoor pool is very nice and well-maintained. Excellent value!
Talked to a gentleman who was working the front desk for about 30 minutes as it made me a cup of coffee. Very polite and customer service was excellent. The location of this hotel is too far from the main street but far enough to have peace.
Loved everything about our stay here! Customer service - Friendly staff w/positive attitudes whenever I had a question or needed something. Great variety of breakfast items. Something for everyone! Clean! Of course the pool was the favorite part for the kids. This hotel is definitely my go to hotel if/when I ever return to Memphis.
Really nice stuff breakfast was amazing and really clean hotel next to Willard of the outlet stores and a few other places that you can go and get stuff from for within walking distance
Great place. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good basic breakfast. Safe location. Will stay here again. Nice swimming pool. Towels provided.
