I really wanted to have a positive experience at this hotel, especially as a longtime Hyatt member who has come to expect a certain level of quality from the brand. Unfortunately, what my family and I experienced during our stay two weekends ago was nowhere close to what was represented in the pictures and reviews online. Met with family in the lobby area. Nice place to sit/chat/eat. I didn't see the rooms during this visit.

My wife, kids, and I stayed one night and didn’t like it at all.First, upon walking on the elevator, we noticed someone had thrown a full plate of food inside the elevator and was left there. no one was at the front desk to notify. The sheets for the pull out couch were dirty, again, no one was at the desk even after 30 minutes and the phone had a recording stating that front desk associate was not available.The air conditioner vent was moldy( we didn’t notice until morning ) and we were argued with that the check out time b... read more
