Location is decent. Beds are comfortable. Water pressure was great. Pull out sofa was broken, the whole point of paying more for that room. TV did not work at all. When we asked about the tv basically told SOL because maintenance went home. Stood at front desk for 8 minutes before we saw an employee. I understand needing to use the restroom, but at least leave a 'BRB' sign. Went down for breakfast 45 minutes before it ended. Avoid this place and their surprise $10 per night parking fee how absurd it’s not even covered or in a highly populated area. Home2 suites is right next store has free parking, breakfast and is overall better quality I’m sure.
I was at the hotel booking on expedia and clerk told me that my Apple pay was declined. He said he he could not give me a room , he cancelled the booking. I went to another Hyatt. Expedia charged me, and the hotel assistant mgr was nasty and wont refund me. I never stayed there, they cancelled my reservation and they say they wont refund me due to a no cancellation policy! Horrible manaegement!
