LOUDEST hotel I’ve ever stayed for 2 reasons. First the a/c unit was vibrating so bad we had to use our noise canceling headphones, but that didn’t work. Staff had to come into the room and remove extra parts that were left inside the unit and had to turn off the humidifier to prevent the noise. Second, guest hang out and party throughout the lobby until well after midnight, even after I called and staff stated they were aware and would speak with the people at 10:30. Friendly and accommodating staff!!!
My family and I spent a fantastic weekend at this Hyatt while we were visiting friends in Madison. The hotel itself was very clean, family-friendly, and pretty close to everything in Madison we wanted to do. But the highlight was definitely the staff, specifically Carl. Carl greeted us and actually got to know us while we were checking in. We bonded over being from the same town in Illinois and our love of pets.
