I stayed at Hyatt in Verona last night for work. This morning at the front desk, the man working was amazing, and was really enthusiastic. I just want his bosses to see this so he can get a raise. Every employee should have the customer service and personability this man had. Great employee. He worked this am(March 16,2026) I left at 4am. Just want to give him a shout out. Give him a raise, he deserves it. Thank you

This is a really well run nice hotel in the Greater Madison area. The staff are most helpful. A special shout to Linda who was so helpful to sort out membership snafus. The complimentary breakfast is very good. A very well run place.

The hotel itself is great — the room was very spacious, well-equipped with everything I needed, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent and met expectations. Bar opens over the weekdays with food options. I also want to give a special thank you to the front desk staff member Carl, who welcomed me on my first day. I had just twisted my ankle, and he kindly arranged a room on the ground floor for me. This place is awesome. We stayed here last year and the staff was amazing and nice. This year, Carl was the man. Such a nice guy. The rooms are amazing. This is the place to stay.
