The Employees Make This Hotel We’ve stayed at Hyatt Place Verona several times over the past few months, and every visit has reminded us that great hotels are built by great people. The hotel is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what keeps us coming back is the people. Carl Miller is the heartbeat of this place. Every time we’re here, he’s everywhere. Stayed here for an overnight on a cheese road trip. Just the balance of comfort and affordability we needed. Breakfast was pretty good Shout out to Victoria for helping make our stay even better. The AC and Fridge in our room wasn't cooling like they should and she helped us find a new room just down the hall that was nice and cool and saved our cheese. Thank you for listening, hearing out needs, and helping us!
Excellent place to stay. Restaurants/bars. Costco, Qwik Stop nearby with restaurant and bar on premises.
