Stayed 4 days, frist 2 days were fine apart from a $200 deposit on each room, so $400 total. The last 2 days there was no hot water for both rooms. No notification or update from the hotel. And a $37 a night parking charge that was not made clear when I checked in and was given the parking pass. Staff was great especially the breakfast crew. Pools is much smaller than it appears in photos.

I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and complete disregard for guests in my life. We arrived in Los Angeles at 11 PM after a long day of traveling, only to be told that the hotel was OVERBOOKED and there was NO ROOM for us. We had booked and PAID for our room TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE!
