Noche del terror: primero llego y la habitacion olia super mal, me la cambian pero no me dan la llave correcta y tengo que hacer oootro tour a la recepción a buscar la llave. Habia reservado una habitacion con cocina (la unica razon por la que habia escogido este hotel era por la cocina) y la chica me insiste que no tiene cocina y que eso fue lo que reserve con un tono completamente grosero. Luego para terminar bajo a pedir una pizza que tardaba 10 min (tardo 40) y casi me la tiran a la cara… sin contar que la pizza era mas ... read more
Pleasant standard rooms..as would expect Quiet...only second daily cleaning which had not seen advertised . Pleasant staff. Nice compliment breakfast. Restaurant in the night lacks any ambience so went elsewhere but nice snack bar available. Be aware this hotel mixed up often with nearby other Hyatt and we were taken to other and had to get taxi. Not Hyatt's fault at sll. just travellers need exact address for driver. Really enjoyed the spa in the night. Lovely atmosphere out there..
